The situation is a bit weird. I like this girl. The girl likes me. But we can’t be together.. ANYWAYS… she wants to meet up with me before the summer is over and i agreed. So its just going out for a drink (not beer and stuff) but im not talkative. I have NO clue what to say. Its funny cause we don’t have much in common. Please don’t say be funny cause im not. *about the girl–> cute, smart, out going… yeahh…About me–> smart, average joe look, quiet… 10 Points for best answer in 1.5 days.

You have a few options to work with here as far as not knowing what to say. I think that if you go with one of these and it works then your nerves will go away and you’ll be able to keep talking. Here goes:
1. Make small talk (Weather, Sports, Music, Movies) about stuff you know she likes. When she responds, just follow her lead and carry out the conversation from there.
2. Ask her questions. There is not a girl alive that I know of who doesn’t like to talk about herself. Not to mention that when she sees you taking more interest in her she will totally love it. If she asks a question back just answer and if you can’t get a conversation out of it try asking her another question.
3. If you and this girl have more memories together than your question suggests then try reminiscing. Bring up fun memories you guys have had together. A lot of guys don’t remember things like that or if they do they don’t bring it up so she’ll like you letting her know that she’s included in your memories.
I think a combination of these things would be best to balance everything out and sound less planned. After you’ve broken the ice it will be easier to just talk to her and enjoy hanging out. Good luck.

Tonight she didn’t call me, I didn’t call her. I dont’ know if she is testing but how often should a new couple talk on the phone. I mean new as in we are not boyfriend girlfriend yet? The more you talk on the phone the less challenge you are? The more friends you become?

My rule is not to "visit" on the phone. If he wants to talk ‘n visit with me, then he should make a date for us to have time together. When a guy phones me, I talk with him for about 10 minutes, then politely and cordially excuse myself and get off the phone. That gives him plenty of time to arrange for a date. As I said, those are my rules and works fine for me.
