Do women have a sense of humor about pick up lines?

I have tried some very obvious lines on women, and they never seem to "get" that I am trying to be funny. If I ask a girl if she comes here often, she never seems to get that it is a pick up line. If I tell her that she has a nice body and I ask if she will hold it against me, she never gets it. Don’t women get pick up lines? Haven’t they heard them before? I always imagine that they have, but they never seem to have a sense of humor about it.

I’m 66 and those lines are older then me. Of course they know there pickup lines. sense of humor Their laughing at you all right you just don’t get it. Their tired of copies they want original. Are you really that lame? Women your in High School. Their girls for God sake.

    It depends on the women.. some get it, others don’t.

    it depends what kind of pick up lines you use. some can be really funny, others too corny, some dont make sense. but some an be a little creepy, so watch who you use them with.. not with some random

    i can understand if a man wants to appeal to a women’s sense of humor, & most of them i get & will laugh about lol but there is a border when things are funny or just plain stupid…some pick up lines are dry humor, all it gets is a smile then u move on…clearly this isn’t working for you, how about u try a different tactic

    Most girls take things a lot more seriously than guys, so usually they just end up getting creeped out when you say things like that to them. Try being more respectful when you joke. Girls don’t like it when guys talk about their bodies to them.
