What do you think of Sites claiming they can help you pick up/talk to women etc? BS or not?

All i keep seeing when i’m on the net is sites claiming they help guys to pick up women and show them techniques on how to be successful with women etc. Do you think it’s all a load of BS and that men should just approach women when and how they want, like i do!? haha.
The techniques on those sites are just to get you started and help you with the opening. The sites can truly help you pick up women and straighten you up and boost up your confidence if you follow the instructions and you understand what they say and what it means than the success is inevitable.
The thing about many people not having any results from this sites is that they do not really understand what the site is teaching them.

I just got a quick question for all of the women. Would any of the methods for picking up women used by Mystery work on any of you? If an average guy in a club/lounge used them how effective would they be with women?
Also, what is the best way for a guy to pick up a woman? Please do not say "Hi, my name is……" that is so lame. What is a good conversation starter with women to spark a conversation (fashion, clothes, dental products, ect)?
Never seen it. But in answer to your last question, sparking a conversation about dental products definitely would not do it. In fact, she would probably think you are a total oddball. Complimenting someone is always nice and a good way to get the ball rolling, but it needs to be a sincere compliment. Women can see right through the fakes. We know damn well you are just trying to pick us up. So whatever you do say, try to sound sincere. And not like a Pick Up Artist. IE: "You look absolutely stunning in that dress!" As opposed to, "Wow! I just LOVE the way you fill out that dress!" Another thing would be to use a little humor. Women like funny guys…not goofy funny, quick witted funny! I once met a guy in a bar…only once!…who sat down at our table, leaned in to me and said, "Ok. Don’t look now, but I think that guy leaning over on the cigarette machine is going to hit on you. Let’s just pretend we’re together, and I’m sure he’ll leave you alone. Don’t worry. I’m going to protect you from all these losers." He said it with a totally straight face, and I thought it was totally cute. Turned out the guy he was referring to was one of his buddies and in on the prank. Long story short, we ended up dating for four years. His approach was so inventive and brave, and he said it with such conviction, how could I say no? A little humor goes a long way.

For my public speaking class I have to teach the class something for 5 minutes. I chose how to pick up women for my topic but the material I have isn’t long enough.

this guy is funny and makes tons of videos about" picking up girls" although he is not that serious but its funny most of the times just look through a couple of his videos and im sure you can find some funny stuff.. just skip the annoying girl in the beginning of some vids lol
What is it about short guys that makes it so hard to pick up women?

Ok, I am 165cm tall, 24 and consider myself good looking. I have little if no confidence in myself when it comes to women anymore. I am fine talking to them and stuff, I just get the feeling that I am not a serious option to women when I meet them. All my friends are taller than me and I get put down a lot, the guys are always coming up with the same jokes about my height and even though I laugh it off it still upsets me and I believe them. I think of myself as amusing and fun and kind but also manly in my own way. What am I doing wrong or better yet why won’t women take me seriously? Am I forever just going to be the amusing friend?
Im about to start going about with this boy despite him being a few inches smaller than me . At first i thought it would be awkward but believe me , women care much more about what your personality is like . As long as youre sweet and caring thats all that really matters . And your mates are obviously all idiots, from what you say you are very good looking !! They wuldnt laugh at you unless they were jelous of you .
Just remember youre gorgeous and dont lose confidence in urself otherwise you really will have trouble picking up women !
